What SousHire is
SousHire watches company job boards, scores openings against the profile and resume you provide, drafts tailored resumes from your own resume content, and tracks your applications. It is a tool that works for you; you stay in charge of every application.
Your approval comes first
Nothing is submitted to an employer without your explicit approval. Resume drafts only select and rephrase content from the resume you provided. Automatic submission is off by default, is a separate per-account opt-in, and even then only acts on postings and resume versions you approved. You are responsible for reviewing anything before it goes out and for the accuracy of the information you provide.
Beta service, provided as-is
This is early software. Scores are opinions produced by an AI model, not promises; postings can close before you apply; features may change, break, or be paused while we build. We do not guarantee interviews, offers, or any hiring outcome. To the extent permitted by law, SousHire is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Accounts
Access is by invite. Keep your account to yourself and use the service only for your own job search. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or attempt to access other people's data. You can stop using SousHire and ask us to delete your account and data at any time.
